I am delighted to invite you to the next Beaconsfield Conservative Women’s Organisation event on Thursday 10th September from 7pm until 9pm. Join us to meet journalist Catherine Mayer, author of Divide and Rule: Royal Women and Their Battles. In this extraordinary portrait, Catherine examines the lives of royal women, and the echoes and parallels that have run throughout history. The stories of Anne Boleyn, Elizabeth I, Victoria, Elizabeth II, Diana, Camilla, Kate and Meghan uncovered by Catherine are far more fascinating, poignant, surprising and engaging than any of the myths.

This event has sold out. I am delighted to invite you to an Area Dinner on Thursday 3rd September with Leader of the Conservative Party, Rt Hon. Kemi Badenoch, as our guest of honour and speaker.

One of our kind members has kindly offered to hold our BBQ in the grounds of his beautiful family home in Taplow. In addition, we are honoured that our MP Joy Morrissey will be attending. It is going to be a relaxing casual event, so please bring the family for good food and wine, not to mention the chance to get to meet and develop new friends. If any of your party have any Allergies or are Vegetarians or Vegans please let us know in advance so we can meet any dietary needs. We will be using a Charcoal fired BBQ as I believe it adds to the taste to the food. Included in the price of £25 for adults and £20 for YC’s will be a glass of a good wine (and non-alcoholic beer or soft drinks for drivers). There is plenty of parking. Children under 15 are £12.00. A raffle and cash bar will be available.

We are delighted to be welcoming Rt Hon Lord Graham Brady to Flackwell Heath for what promises to be a fascinating and highly enjoyable summer evening. Lord Graham will be sharing stories and insights from his time as Chairman of the 1922 Committee, including behind-the-scenes moments from Westminster politics, all in a relaxed and informal setting. The evening will have a relaxed summer garden party atmosphere with Pimms, Prosecco and a selection of delicious summer favourites, including Rob’s legendary pulled pork (with a vegetarian alternative available). There will be plenty of opportunity to chat, meet fellow members and guests, and enjoy a really sociable evening together. Weather permitting, we’ll be hosting the reception drinks out on the deck, so fingers crossed for a warm July evening.

Come and join Ivers Branch for a fun evening on Saturday 27th June from 7.30pm until 11pm at a venue to be confirmed in Richings Park. Tickets are £15 and £10 for YCs (30 and under) to include the Headline Act DJ Nish – Calibar DJ and Former DJ of the BBC Asian Network There will be a Cash Bar, nibbles and a raffle.

You are warmly invited to join us for an Evening Reception with Sir Bill Cash, hosted by the Farnhams & Stoke Poges Branch on Thursday 18th June from 7pm until 9pm.Few parliamentarians have done more to defend the sovereignty of the United Kingdom than Sir Bill. Over many decades in public life, he has been one of the clearest and most principled Conservative voices for parliamentary democracy, constitutional integrity, and the right of the British people to govern themselves. His long and distinguished record in standing up for Brexit, national sovereignty, both in Westminster and in the wider national debate, makes him one of the most important Conservative thinkers and campaigners of our time.

Our Supper Club guest speaker will be Helen Whately, MP for Faversham & Kent, who is also the Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. Joy Morrissey, our own MP, will also be joining us and will give us an update from Parliament.

We are delighted to invite you the launch of the CWO - Conservative Women's Organisation on Wednesday 27th May with our first guest speaker, Rory MacLean who is a renowned author and former BBC Producer. Tickets cost £25 including drinks and canapés at the prestigious Clarendon Gallery in Marlow High Street, from 6pm until 8pm. Rory will be discussing his book, A Modern Spy.

We are delighted to be welcoming Sir Liam Fox to Flackwell Heath, where he first began his career as a GP, for what promises to be a fantastic evening. Joining us will also be Joy Morrissey MP, making this a great opportunity to spend time with both Liam and Joy in a relaxed and informal setting.

The Supper Club is re-launching this April and I am delighted to share with you that I will be the new Chairman. The membership fees are simply £20 for everyone, saving £6 on all supper bookings for the year – April 2026 – April 2027. Dianne Strang, Supper Club Chairman

We look forward to hearing from him on Wednesday 15th April at the Grovefield House Hotel, Taplow Common Road, Burnham, SL1 8LR. Supper tickets cost £39 for supper club members and £45 for non supper club members.
