Malcolm helps manage and run a local junior football team within the community. A member of the District Planning Committee fully committed to supporting the Green Belt Policy. Malcolm respects the countryside around South Bucks and believes very strongly in preservation of the Green Belt, and in preventing unnecessary development.

He strongly believes that local businesses are the backbone of a vibrant local economy. He also believes that Government bodies, like the local council, should be small, lean and efficient.

Wycombe District and Marlow Town Councillor for Marlow North & WestNeil Marshall was raised and educated in the North East of England. He and his family have lived in the Marlow area for nearly 35 years, both of his children attended local schools. Now retired, his professional background was in aviation. Elected to the Town Council in 1998 he has been Mayor for two years and is currently Chairman of the Towns Planning Committee. Neil was involved with the establishment of the Town Regatta and Festival.

Jackson Ng - Association Chairman

A practising Barrister with strong public policy and political campaigning experience.

As a Barrister, he maintains a legal practice and specialises in civil and commercial litigation, alongside human rights and immigration law. 

Jackson previously worked as a Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies (part of WPP group) with a specific focus on brands with international ambitions and operations. He advises on UK and international politics and also work on corporate reputation.

Jackson has also acted as a Political Adviser in the UK Parliament from 2011 – 2017 and for 4 years, he served as a Political Director of a national outreach group in Conservative Campaign Headquarters where he helped strategise to win one million new BAME votes for the Conservative Party in the 2015 General Election.

Since 2013, Jackson has held various elected and appointed positions within the Conservative Party, both locally and nationally and has stood as a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2015 and 2017 General Elections.

Often a guest speaker at events, Jackson has also been interviewed by various media outlets such as the BBC, The Economist, The Diplomat, CCTV, South China Morning Post, Xinhua and Phoenix TV.

Currently a Councillor for Beaconsfield Town, a school governor and trustee for his local church, Jackson read law at both the School of Oriental & African Studies and the London School of Economics. 

In his spare time, he is an entrepreneur who mentors young professionals via a not-for-profit organisation that he co-founded. Jackson was previously a trustee of a national charity and also advised UK's leading charity for engaging students in enterprise.

Jackson grew up in 4 different countries and also speak Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese and some Dutch.

Roger Wilson

Wycombe District and Marlow Town Councillor for Marlow North & WestRoger Wilson, who has lived in the Marlow area for over 40 years, is a widower with three children. He has been a local councillor since 1987 and was previously Chairman of Great Marlow Parish. He has been a member of Marlow Town Council for many years, being the Mayor of Marlow in 2005 and 2010. He is currently Cabinet Member on Wycombe District Council with responsibility for Finance and Performance.

George Sandy

George Sandy, together with his wife Sally arrived in Taplow in 1971. Their three daughters were educated at a mix of local schools comprising; St Nicolas, Burnham Grammar, and St. Bernard’s.   George held several directorships during his career. Mainly in sales, marketing & retailing. One of the latter included the Fullers chain of cake & patisserie shops, and he also held the position of Head of Retail of London Regional Transport.

Town Councillor for Beaconsfield - Anita Cranmer lives in the Old Town, Beaconsfield with her with husband George. They have 5 children and now 11 grandchildren. She taught at Wycombe High School for 6 years and for 8 years Anita was District Councillor for Hedgerley and Fulmer.
