As a Barrister, he maintains a legal practice and specialises in civil and commercial litigation, alongside human rights and immigration law.
Jackson previously worked as a Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies (part of WPP group) with a specific focus on brands with international ambitions and operations. He advises on UK and international politics and also work on corporate reputation.
Jackson has also acted as a Political Adviser in the UK Parliament from 2011 – 2017 and for 4 years, he served as a Political Director of a national outreach group in Conservative Campaign Headquarters where he helped strategise to win one million new BAME votes for the Conservative Party in the 2015 General Election.
Since 2013, Jackson has held various elected and appointed positions within the Conservative Party, both locally and nationally and has stood as a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2015 and 2017 General Elections.
Often a guest speaker at events, Jackson has also been interviewed by various media outlets such as the BBC, The Economist, The Diplomat, CCTV, South China Morning Post, Xinhua and Phoenix TV.
Currently a Councillor for Beaconsfield Town, a school governor and trustee for his local church, Jackson read law at both the School of Oriental & African Studies and the London School of Economics.
In his spare time, he is an entrepreneur who mentors young professionals via a not-for-profit organisation that he co-founded. Jackson was previously a trustee of a national charity and also advised UK's leading charity for engaging students in enterprise.
