Conservative councillors litter pick in Beaconsfield

Last weekend, Beaconsfield County Cllr Anita Cranmer, District Cllr Damian Saunders & Town Councillors Jackson Ng, Graham Corney, Lorna Shaw, Chris Owen and Neil Bingham were out litter picking in Beaconsfield New Town.

New Conservative Party members welcomed at Gerrards Cross

It was a great evening this Tuesday at Gerrards Cross with the local Branch holding a drinks reception to welcome new members. Good to see such a good turnout and great discussions on local and national issues. Do get in touch to get more involved with the Branch!

A great joint Conservative Policy Forum yesterday evening with our neighbours Chesham and Amersham Conservatives discussing about what 'Global Britain' means to us all post Brexit.

Theresa May opens Taplow footbridge

Taplow welcomed the PM this afternoon when she opened the new footbridge over the Thames linking Taplow and Maidenhead.


Senior Citizens' Day

This is our third senior citizens day (runs alongside a normal surgery) and it's a great Conservative initiative for our areas. Residents from Taplow, Dorney, Burnham and Lent Rise are invited to come along and have a free coffee/tea and cake and a chat.

BCCA - Beaconsfield by-elections results

A big thank you to the voters of Beaconsfield Town who elected two new Conservative Councillors on Thursday 2nd November. 

Anita Cranmer won the County Council seat taking 81% of the vote and Damian Saunders was elected to South Bucks District Council, Beaconsfield North Ward with 75% of the vote.

Employment at record levels

The UK saw another fall in the unemployment rate in the UK and a record number of people IN work in figures published on 14th June 2017.

Locally, the total number of unemployed claimants in Beaconsfield constituency in May 2017 was 460.
