Political Parties Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA)
Under the PPERA you must be on an electoral register in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, in order to make a donation or subscription of more than £500. We will check this for you. If you donate more than £2,230 to the Association we are obliged to include it in our report to the Electoral Commission, who will publish it but not your address.
